Post with Effort When submitting videos or match clips, make sure they’re clear and organized. Add short captions like “Need help with finishing my single leg.”Effort shows even online. 🧩 6. Stay Consistent Don’t disappear. Log in weekly, drop updates, comment on others’ progress, and take advantage of the system. The more you put in, the more you’ll get out.

Most coaches focus on drills, but overlook: – The energy in the room – The pace of practice – Even something as simple as the music That stuff directly affects how kids warm up, train, and compete.
