So, we had a session with our friend @Julia Vicze-Mathe this morning, and she gave us permission to share a few interesting excerpts. We were talking about kidney stones. Her Higher Self advised that our physical bodies are purging hidden pockets of energy as we transit through this upgrading energy. The energy balls get encapsulated and then flushed out (one way is through the kidneys). If our diet also contains foods that cause a build up around that energy ball (OR if we begin to metabolize foods differently, which can cause that build up), it can cause a stone. I then asked her HS what foods she was consuming that were causing the build up. They started naming them: some leafy greens, nuts... I jumped in, "oxalates?" HS said, yes. That plus a high mineral content in the water in her region. I found it super interesting that @James Roach intuitively sent out a newsletter only two days ago about his own recent experience with overconsuming oxalates AND @William Brown had the same issue that same week! So, monitor your oxalate intake if you are experiencing aches and pains in the body or have an issue with kidney stones. If you want me to forward Jim's newsletter via email, let me know!

Here is another fascinating tidbit from @Julia Vicze-Mathe's session. Will and I met Julia when she reached out for a session to talk to her cat Olive. During that session, we discovered that Olive was a Sirian Being inhabiting Olive's body (or sharing it...however you want to interpret that). This was the first time I had encountered an actual galactic taking on an animal body (and I think I've only experienced it one other time). At any rate, Olive transitioned rather young and a new kitty, Neo, came into Julia's life. When we spoke with Neo, we discovered that he wasn't a reincarnation of Olive, but rather, he was sharing Neo's body! (Two consciousnesses in one body....similar to the Tristan and Annika story we talked about on this discussion board previously!) They explained that when Neo was getting ready to incarnate, Olive approached and asked if he could "share" the body. Neither one knew if this was even possible, they said, but they tried it and it worked. That was 4-6 months ago. We spoke with Neo today, and he said his body is struggling a bit trying to acclimate to Olive's energy, particularly when it is combined with the Sirian. They think they can make it work, and they discussed some ideas during the session. Completely fascinating!! I found it significant that we have these two examples - one human, one animal - of a body being shared by two "souls" AND feel so blessed to have the privilege of doing this work, uncovering these amazing concepts, and communicating with so many higher consciousnesses. Life is GOOD ❤️ Thank you Julia for allowing me to share these incredible stories with the world!

I know they say every death is a suicide and this one is still unconfirmed. Needles to say, I was saddened to hear the news. A very controversial human but a very curious man for sure. I enjoyed his interviews back in 2015. RIP.

I have a client I work with every week and (for those of you reformed or current Christians) she runs a “Matriage for Life” class out of her home. The problem is that I don’t believe in running my relationships through the eyes of the bible. This is a touchy subject, I know, and I’m sorry for that. But is anyone in the community a marriage professional or relationship coach who might want to do a relationship (I don’t know about FOR LIFE necessarily bc I believe every relationship is important no matter the duration) seminar or something? I am quite certain I am not making much sense at the moment. It would be refreshing (and maybe others are interested) to learn about relationships and fostering them through a more spiritual minded approach and not one indoctrinated in a religion. I wonder if my post is even allowed here? Please remove if it breaks any rules.

For those who were just on the Q&A call, and for @Pam McDonel in particular, I was wrong. The source of my knowledge about Maldek is actually from The Law of One, from Ra. Here's a quick link to all the Maldek questions and answers. And in case you're like, what the heck is The Law of One? Mmm... this is one of my favorite archives of channeled material, but it's very challenging to understand. While the channel and interviewers cover numerous topics, the core teaching is 4th density consciousness and the source is Ra, the Ra we know as the Egyptian Ra. It is not a single entity. It's a reunited soul group, similar to Abraham. Ra first came to teach The Law of One to the Egyptians, but it did not go over well at the time they chose to bring it. So they chose to return to try again, this time with a tiny group of three in the southern United States. I think the material was channeled in the 80's (can't remember exactly) and now it's maintained by L/L Research. If you want a super easy overview of The Law of One, Aaron Abke has a Law of One playlist on his YouTube Channel that is fantastic. In fact I would watch that whole series before attempting to understand a word Ra says LOL. You'll see what I mean if you hit the website.
