While the channel and interviewers cover numerous topics, the core teaching is 4th density consciousness and the source is Ra, the Ra we know as the Egyptian Ra. It is not a single entity. It's a reunited soul group, similar to Abraham. Ra first came to teach The Law of One to the Egyptians, but it did not go over well at the time they chose to bring it. So they chose to return to try again, this time with a tiny group of three in the southern United States. I think the material was channeled in the 80's (can't remember exactly) and now it's maintained by L/L Research. If you want a super easy overview of The Law of One, Aaron Abke has a Law of One playlist on his YouTube Channel that is fantastic.
