AP 2026-0167 Dear Dr. Audrey Flojo-Colletti and Michael Lewis, Esq.: To further develop the record in the above-captioned appeal, by the end of the day (11:59:59 p.m.) on March 26, 2026, the OOR is directing the District to submit the following: 1. Copies of the 5,616 pages of disclosed records and the 26 transmittal emails sent to the Requester; 2. A supplemental privilege log and attestation made pursuant to 18 Pa.C.S. 4904(b), by an individual with actual knowledge, which supports the withholding of and/or the redactions made to all of the responsive records that were not specifically addressed in the District’s February 6, 2026 submission. The aforementioned log should identify each responsive record by Bates No. and list the record type, date, number of pages, authors/recipients and their status/position with the District, whether the record was withheld or redacted and the legal basis for such withholding/redaction. The log should also include a general description of the subject matter of each withheld or redacted record. Not my words,
