In this course, you will learn how anxiety works at a physiological, emotional, and energetic level, and how to guide your body back into a state of safety.
Through a combination of psycho-education, somatic practices, breathwork, mindfulness adapted for anxiety, and energy-based regulation, you will learn how to:
- reduce chronic hyperactivation
- feel safer inside your body
- stop fighting anxiety and start regulating it
- build long-term emotional and nervous stability
