I am a registered nurse with a background in mental health. For years, I worked with anxiety, emotional overload, and nervous system dysregulation. I learned that understanding alone is not enough when the body is stuck in alert.
Today, I combine my clinical experience with a holistic approach focused on nervous system regulation and Reiki.

For deeper support, I also offer 1:1 Reiki sessions for emotional release, tension stored in the body or physical pain linked to emotional stress.
