Well this morning I flew too close to the sun and had an accidental ejaculation. Owning that I allowed myself to play for too long near the edge during solo cultivation. I was chasing the high of the previous day. Lesson learned hopefully. I immediately let go of any guilt or judgement and chose to give intention to the spilled seed. Felt just a little flatter today and a little less present. Really neat to observe these effects; I never used to understand the relationship between ejaculation and mood shifts, lower energy etc..

Question: Am I supposed to reset to "day 1" for my count now or am I still just marking the days until 21 regardless of the ejaculation...?
