Starting to feel less tired through out the day. I've usually felt a considerable drop in energy in the afternoon. And since I work a lot in the evening it's become a sort of habit to take a long nap during the day. But now I don't seem to need it.
Also been sharpening my morning sadhana. Feels great to start the day with these practices like yoga, breathwork and meditation. Really sets the tone for the rest of the day ☀️ I am also getting quite curious about Qigong.
So yeah, all going well on my end these couple of days. Higher vibes, more energy ⚡️
