What is a Menopause Coach?
As a Menopause Coach, I empower Peri-menopausal women who want to mitigate and manage their symptoms and Post-menopausal women who want to regain control over their body to prevent/reverse osteoporosis and increase heart health and longevity as they navigate this next phase of life. Hi! I’m Britt-Marie and I’m a Menopause Coach, Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor and this is a weird time in the world where women’s rights are being stripped, knowledge of how our bodies work are still being excluded or only just being considered for scientific studies and there’s a lot of misinformation and stigma around menopause. I wanted to create a space where those going through peri symptoms, or already in post menopause can come together to learn more about we’ll identify your core values around menopause and build in science backed strategies to step into a fulfilling life while navigating, and normalizing your body’s experience with menopause. AND to create financial affordability for people who want coaching but cannot access the 1 on 1 pricing at this time. In an effort to start the conversation, I’d love to know: ❗what YOU are struggling the most with in your peri-menopause symptoms or post-menopausal body AND 🤸♀️ what your favorite kind of movement* is. *Movement here does NOT need to equal fitness/exercise level. I’ll start =) I’m Britt-Marie, I’m a menopause coach, but not currently experiencing peri-menopause symptoms. In an effort to support my clients and my group fitness members and supporting my future body I added Menopause Coaching to my skill set. I’m a former gymnast and I enjoy outdoor activities that aren’t necessarily ’sports': croquette, mini golf, bowling but also dance and walking around in nature.
