Rules
1. Three Strike Rule
Mistakes happen. We're all human.
Each missed commitment earns one strike. Upon receiving a third strike, you are no longer eligible to win the prize pool but encouraged to continue the challenge.
The goal isn't perfection. The goal is ownership, honesty, and consistency.
2. No Banking or Borrowing
Each commitment must be completed on the day it is assigned.
You cannot make up missed commitments by doing extra the following day.
Examples:
  • Missing 10,000 steps on Monday cannot be made up by walking 20,000+ steps on Tuesday.
  • Reading 20 pages tomorrow does not make up for not reading today.
  • Two cold plunges today do not make up for skipping one yesterday.
Every day is a fresh opportunity to keep your word.
3. Honor System**
This challenge is built on integrity, not surveillance.
If you earn a strike, take a strike. If you complete a commitment, own it honestly.
The purpose is not to prove something to the group. The purpose is to become the kind of man whose word means something, especially when nobody is watching.
4. Define the Day
A challenge day runs from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM local time.
This eliminates debates like:
  • "I did my reading at 1:00 AM."
  • "I forgot my cold shower and did it after midnight."
5. When in Doubt, Take the Strike
If a situation falls into a gray area and you're asking yourself whether it should count, choose the path that builds the strongest character.
The challenge is designed to strengthen integrity, not negotiation skills.
Accountability Partners*
Every participant will be assigned an accountability partner.
Your role is not to police one another. Your role is to support, encourage, challenge, and help each other stay committed when motivation fades.
A quick daily text, call, or check-in can make all the difference.
The Honor System**
This challenge operates entirely on the honor system.
There will be no audits. No investigations. No one checking your shower temperature, counting your steps, or monitoring your phone.
Because that isn't the point.
The purpose of this challenge is not to win money. The purpose is to become the kind of man who keeps his word.
The most important choices in life are rarely made when people are watching. They are made in the quiet moments when nobody would know if you cut a corner.
If you skip a commitment and claim you completed it, you haven't cheated the group. You haven't cheated your accountability partner. You haven't cheated the prize pool.
You've only cheated yourself.
Integrity is what you do when nobody is looking.
At the end of this challenge, every man will know whether he honored his commitments or not. Those decisions are between you and your God.
The real reward is not the money. The real reward is becoming a man who can trust himself.
Raise the standard. Keep your word. Finish what you start.
Make the commitment with your buy-in on Venmo! @Turt_mc_gurt
Deadline is June 30th @ Midnight. Accountabilitiy partners will be assigned on July 1.
