It's been almost a week since my ER trip and I'm finally feeling like myself again. Wild how your body just... stops when you push too hard. Mine was like "nah, we're taking a break whether you like it or not."
Anyway, I've been reflecting on how easy it is to get caught up in the hustle—the content, the courses, the building, the doing—and forget that none of it works if you're running on empty.
So this is your random Wednesday reminder: drink water, eat something that's not out of a wrapper, take the break before your body forces one.
