From Internal Draft to Global Rollout: The Power of Practical Prompting
This past week has been a whirlwind. I’ve been deep in the trenches building an AI troubleshooting training for the Product Support Engineers at my day job.
Yesterday was the big moment: I presented the first full draft to senior management. I’ve been with this company for over 5 years, but this was my first time truly solo in the spotlight. I’ll be honest—my nerves were amped. I was sure I’d blow it.
The Result? I nailed it.
It wasn’t "perfect," but it was effective. Now, I’m spending the weekend refining the edits to present to our VP of AI next week for a global company-wide rollout.
