My 21 Day Challenge:
I am doing a cold shower for 21 DAYS
*except for hair washing- will do cold after the cleaning part ;)
DAY 2: My Why: Cold showers can have many benefits, including improved circulation, reduced inflammation, and most importantly boost immunity and endorphins.
Day 3: Meaning: I want to kick start my day happy! I want to SERVE and can do that better if I have better mental clarity and energy which I am hoping to get from cold showers .
