T.I.M.E.
How you manage your TIME will absolutely help you create more meaning and success in your life. This is the Framework from which you can create more meaning and fulfillment. Treasure Invest Mandatory Empty Make sure that you actually do the work associated with this video and construct your TIME consciously. What I mean is: 1. Set aside at least an hour to work on this, quiet time with no interruptions, ideally. 2. Write down 5-10 things that you value the most in life. (YOUR VALUES) 3. TREASURE.Allocate your time during the day to these things. (outside of sleep and work). 4. INVEST: Allocate how much time you would like to build on your life. 5. MANDATORY: Decide what time is mandatory and see if you can pivot it a little. 6. EMPTY: If you are serious about your life, be ruthless in taking your wasted time and making it constructive in some way. Repeat every 3 months.
Diabetes is not about blood sugar!
Everyone thinks high blood sugar is what the disease is all about and it is NOT!! Diabetes happens like this: 1. Too much food, mainly carbs and glucose derivatives like sugar, is consumed. This is relative to the amount and type of exercise that is done. (too much in and not enough burned) 2. This builds up over along period of time. Years mostly. 3. The cells throughout the body then become saturated with Glucose (stored) and often store it round the body as fat. 4. Glucose is continued to be consumed and is in the blood in high levels. 5. Insulin, whose job is to unlock a doorway into the cells to allow glucose in, gets released because there is too much glucose in the blood. Its supposed to get the glucose out of the blood, into the cells. 6. But because the cells are too full, the glucose cannot enter, and stays in the blood, and insulin keeps getting secreted. This then results in the pancreas packing up as well, and not being able to make insulin. 7. In the mean time the Glucose stays in the blood. 8. And that is why when you are tested for glucose it is ONLY AN IDICATOR for this process, it IS NOT THE DISEASE!! HIGH BLOOD SUGAR IS NOT THE DISEASE, it is the effect of this disease process. SO when you hear of people trying to keep the blood glucose from spiking in type 2 diabetics, its not a bad idea, but it is a temporary symptom fix to a much bigger problem. If you have a look at this process described above. What would the clever things be to stop the DISEASE PROCESS?? COMMENT BELOW....
💪 Exercise: Keep It Simple, Stay Strong
Let’s be honest—exercise can get complicated real quick. But we’ve made the decision to keep it simple and focused on what really matters: getting fit for life, not training for a marathon (unless that’s your thing 😄). This is for the everyday person who wants to feel stronger, more energised, and ready to do the things they love—without getting winded or worn out. What’s wild is that good exercise has been shown to be more effective than anti-depressants. That’s how powerful it is for your body and your mind. So... ask yourself honestly: 👉 Where are you at right now? 👉 How can you level up just a little bit this week? To get started, check out this 4-minute entry-level workout from Dr. Zach Bush. Yes—just four minutes. No excuses. Also, if you haven’t already, go check out the Exercise lesson inside the Well, Well, Well course in the classroom. It dives deeper into movement, health, and how to build a practice that lasts. 🧠 Fun fact: There’s research showing that your ability to perform certain exercises is linked to all-cause mortality—meaning how long and how well you live. Here are a few key indicators: - VO2 Max (cardio and aerobic efficiency) - Strength (especially grip strength and leg strength) - Mobility (like getting off the floor without using your hands) Let’s get strong. Let’s level up. Let’s keep it simple and sustainable. See you in the Well, Well, Well course.
