This module is free for everyone, and they are designed to help clinicians begin working through one of the biggest transitions in this industry: moving from provider mindset into entrepreneur mindset. Because becoming a med spa founder, medical director, injector-owner, or wellness business leader is not just about learning compliance, workflows, protocols, or operations. It also requires a real internal shift. You have to start thinking differently about responsibility, risk, leadership, delegation, decision-making, boundaries, documentation, and what it means to build something that can actually stand on its own. Inside the modules, you’ll find: - an audio recording to listen to - a student guide to review and work through - reflection prompts to help you apply the concepts to your own role, business, or future goals I am still working on figuring out how to make the video show up correctly, so for now the teaching is available as audio. WHY WE MADE THIS COURSE We made this course because too many founders are carrying more risk than they realize, and they are carrying it quietly. From the outside, a clinic can look beautiful. The branding can be polished, the space can be stunning, the marketing can be working, and the schedule can be full. But underneath all of that, there is often a founder lying awake at night wondering whether the business is actually built the right way, whether the clinical side is really protected, whether the team is making decisions the way they should, and whether one bad day could expose all the places no one ever properly set up. That is the part people do not talk about enough. Most founders do not get into this industry because they are trying to build something reckless. They build because they care. They want to create something meaningful, something beautiful, something profitable, something patients love, something their team can be proud of. But somewhere along the way, many of them end up buried under scattered advice, inconsistent standards, half-explained rules, outsourced opinions, and the exhausting feeling that everyone seems to know what they are doing except them. We made this course for that founder. The one who is capable, driven, and deeply committed, but also tired of guessing.The one who does not want to build a med spa on vibes, borrowed confidence, and crossed fingers.The one who knows, deep down, that real peace does not come from surface-level success. How to use this course --
HOW TO USE THIS COMMUNITY Welcome to MedSpa Fix. This is not a random resource dump and it is not a place to pop in only when something has already gone sideways. It is meant to be used like an operating system for your clinic, so the more consistently you use it, the more useful it becomes. The best way to think about this space is simple: this is where your clinic comes to get structure, support, and clarity around the clinical side of the business. Inside this community, you have access to policies, protocols, SOPs, forms, trainings, updates, webinars, and the resources that help your team operate more cleanly and with less avoidable risk. When you first get in here, start with the classroom and work through the core onboarding materials first. That will give you the best understanding of how the system is organized, where key documents live, and how we expect clinics to use the resources inside MedSpa Fix. Please do not skip straight to isolated questions without getting familiar with the framework first, because a lot of what people need is already here when they know where to look. Your team should be using it to review protocols and policies, pull forms when needed, stay current on trainings, and make sure everyone is working from the same playbook instead of memory, habit, or whatever someone said in a group chat three weeks ago. Owners and operators should use it to stay aligned on expectations and boundaries. Injectors should use it to stay grounded in the clinical standards of the practice. Medical directors should use it as part of the shared oversight ecosystem. A few things matter a lot here. The weekly Wednesday webinar is part of how you stay connected and current. The quarterly injector webinar is mandatory. The monthly check-in survey is mandatory. These are not filler tasks. They are part of how we keep clinics engaged, supported, and moving in the right direction over time. It is also important to use the right channel for the right type of issue. General questions, training, documents, and shared learning belong here. Urgent clinical issues do not belong in casual comments or buried in community threads. If something is truly time-sensitive, use the appropriate escalation pathway. If something is an emergency, follow emergency protocol and use 911 when indicated. This platform is part of the support structure, but it is not a substitute for emergency judgment.
