First Two Mindset Modules Now Available!
The first two Mindset Shift modules are now live inside the MedSpa Mentor series!
This module is free for everyone, and they are designed to help clinicians begin working through one of the biggest transitions in this industry: moving from provider mindset into entrepreneur mindset.
Because becoming a med spa founder, medical director, injector-owner, or wellness business leader is not just about learning compliance, workflows, protocols, or operations. It also requires a real internal shift.
You have to start thinking differently about responsibility, risk, leadership, delegation, decision-making, boundaries, documentation, and what it means to build something that can actually stand on its own.
Inside the modules, you’ll find:
- an audio recording to listen to
- a student guide to review and work through
- reflection prompts to help you apply the concepts to your own role, business, or future goals
I am still working on figuring out how to make the video show up correctly, so for now the teaching is available as audio. The content is still fully there, and I wanted to go ahead and make it available because this mindset work is foundational.
Start here before you get deeper into the technical parts of MedSpa Fix. The systems matter, but the way you think as a clinician-entrepreneur matters just as much.
