Hey guys! Thank you Brandon for forming this group, and for your tireless efforts to train countless thousands of people to learn how to meditate. I have been meditating for around twenty years, starting in my late teens thanks to Yogananda and other masters. I've had deep periods and "off" periods. Ultimately, I know it helps every area of my life, and my brain. I'm a husband and dad of a 5y/o in East Austin.
I built a mindfulness program for schoolteachers a couple years ago that is now in two schools—trying to help the chaotic world of education slow down, focus, reduce burnout, and even generate compassion. I also write about mystic philosophy and nonduality on IG & TikTok... my book is "Original Sin Is A Lie" (2022) which covers a lot of fun and relevant topics that might interest this group. Despite spinning all the plates, I'll do my best to join sits as often as I can. Thanks again.
