How much time a day do you think you're running on autopilot?
I don't know how many times I would drive from point A to point B and ask myself "how did I get here?" Or the countless afternoons I spent time and energy preparing dinner only to inhale my meal while watching Netflix and texting. It didn't become a concern until I found myself saying "where did the time go" more frequently. Describe a time when you caught yourself living on autopilot. What percentage of your day do you feel fully focused on whatever it is you're doing at that moment?
