Welcome to Meadow & Muse Community
A welcoming space to explore energy, wellness, self-discovery, and tools for creating more balance in everyday life.
I’m a Reiki Master and Master Esthetician who has practiced and taught energy work for 13 years. I’ve gathered many different practices and tools along the way and am excited to share them with you.
Inside the community, you’ll explore:
• Energy & frequency
• Chakras, meditation & affirmations
• Grounding, centering, blocking & shielding
• Meridians & meridian clocks
• Breath work & heart healing
• Generational healing
• Auras, crystals & crystal grids
• Sacred geometry & numerology
• Journaling & self-reflection
• And more energy-work tools and techniques
No experience is needed. Learn at your own pace, and explore what resonates with you.
We’ll also learn together through live classes, meditations, practices, and monthly Q&A sessions.
2 options available. Live classes only-$19. Full library content including live classes -$29.
