I've been having a lot of requests regarding what tools to be used in all the meridian release, myofascia release practices, to be honest during those long gone pandemic days some of my students uses a lemon to practice with my teaching and it just went as well(serving the purpose at the same time releasing very pleasant scents as you can imagine hahaha)...
This is an brief intro of my recommended tools from the relief compass and just to ease your mind about must have the BEST or the RIGHT tool before really starting your practices.
All you need is the action, the tools you need will eventually follow when you have better connection to what is the intension behind these practice and to yourself.
