Contractor Garage
Hey guys happy to find this group,
Ive been in the commercial concrete space for 16 years, had my company since 2017.
I'm looking to get started here with building a contractor garage, around 12k SF with smaller 1000 SF or so units, and occupy 2 of them with my company.
Working with our local bank to get an owner occupied loan and hoping we can get outdoor storage included as owner occupied space.
Looking to self-gc the build and working on getting distribution on things like the steel, and permeable parking lot.
Looking to learn as much as I can
