AI, doesn't that stand for "Almost Intelligent" ? AI does some good quickly, but it still makes a lot of mistakes for what I do, but getting better all the time.

@Ben Jimmerson I use it to analyze real estate deals and perform legal research. It doesn’t always pull current numbers, and makes up it misquotes statutes

Anyone have a project in the Dallas/Fort Worth area? I'd be interested in following along. As for myself, I have a SFR shipping container build going on, and we just placed a contract on some multifamily zoned land to build a 6-plex, all in Fort Worth.
