They say: “If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together.”

Teamwork is not just about working with people — it’s about learning to trust, share, and build something greater than what you could do alone.

✨ Objectives:

🔹 Appreciate the value of working with others:

Think about a football match. Even if you have the best striker in the world, without defenders and a goalkeeper, you’ll lose. Success is a team effort.

🔹 Learn different team roles: Every team has roles — the leader who guides, the supporter who motivates, the creative who brings new ideas, and the planner who organizes tasks.

Example: In a school project, one person may design slides, another may research, and someone else may present.

🔹 Solve problems collaboratively: A problem that seems impossible for one person becomes easy when 4–5 brains think together. Example: Engineers working on NASA’s Apollo missions solved life-or-death problems through teamwork.

💡 Activities to Try:

Blanket & Ball Challenge: Place a ball on a blanket. The team must move it from one side of the room to the other without letting it fall. You’ll need a leader to guide, supporters to hold firmly, and communicators to keep everyone in sync. Watch how cooperation and planning make the “impossible” possible.
Which Shape Are You?: Triangle (leader), Circle (friendly), Square (organized), Squiggle (creative). Knowing your style helps you work better in teams.
Journaling: Write about a past team experience. Was it successful? What made it work (or fail)?

بقولوا: “لو داير تمشي سريع، أمشي برا. لكن لو داير تصل بعيد، أمشي مع الجماعة.”العمل الجماعي ما بس إنك تشتغل مع ناس، لكن يعني تتعلم الثقة، المشاركة، والتكامل.

✨ الأهداف:

🔹 تقدير قيمة الشغل مع الناس:

زي الكورة… حتى لو عندك أحسن مهاجم في العالم، من غير مدافعين وحارس مرمى، الفريق بخسر. النجاح دايماً شغل جماعة.

🔹 أدوار مختلفة في الفريق:

أي فريق فيه قائد بوجه، مؤيد برفع المعنويات، مبدع بيجيب أفكار جديدة، ومخطط بيرتب الشغل. زي مشاريع الجامعة: زول بيعمل البحث، التاني بيجهز السلايدات، والتالت بيعرض.

🔹 حل المشاكل سوا:

المشكلة البتظهر صعبة على زول واحد، بتكون سهلة لو خمسة قعدوا يفكروا فيها مع بعض. زي قصص ناس “ناسا” البحلوا مشاكل صعبة في رحلات الفضاء بالعمل الجماعي.
