Why are owners or sellers putting properties on market that should be sold as is off market?
We are seeing a lot of properties in the Atlanta market that are being put on market that are sitting for months because they are over priced. I am trying to figure out why a real estate agent wouldn't want to work more with wholesalers to get the property sold? Isn't that the whole point ? its a buyers market not sellers market folks. Crash is coming
