Wholesale question
This is for a question for people who have actually done deals and assigned contracts, so no shade to anyone who hasn’t done a deal yet.
If you leave a sticky note on a door (i.e. reverse driving for dollars), and you return to see if they got the message and they did, how do you approach the situation? Just keep leaving sticky notes on the door until they call you or just leave them alone?
Where is the line between persistence and being a pest?
