Hello guys I had a quick question. I am working in NC and was initially studying to wholesale homes but as of oct 1st it’s considered broker activity is this the same with vacant land wholesaling??

1: It has to be a property you can "Value Add"..I don't mind buying turn key but buying a value add property is different. 2: It has to be in an area where you can get higher rent. e.g there are areas where you can get high equity or higher rent. 3: The bonus, it has to be in an area where it'll double in appreciation every 10yrs or better.
