Starting October 1, 2025, North Carolina HB 797 takes effect, requiring wholesalers to have a real estate license
The body of North Carolina House Bill 797:
It was passed by the NC House in April 2025, had its second reading in the NC Senate in June 2025, and nothing indicates to me that the governor will block it or veto it or anything. Expect it to come into effect on the first of October 2025.
