Week 1 goal
My goal this week was 1200 calls, 20 contacts, 3 hot leads =1 assignments Reality: 1200 call , 8 contacts, 1 warm lead = 0 assignments - tomorrow putting 6 hours of calls in ☎️ - Who else is working Saturday?

@Valentine Ehonwa you have to make time either lunch break or after work. Start with 2 hours a day creating consistency. Most people have 2 days off from work use that time to also make calls ☎️. You’ll waste money outsourcing a job in your business that you have not mastered.

mojo Dialer ( triple line dialer with CRM & KPI tracker), investor base for Dispo. Both my software has crm so I just keep it simple to not over complicate until I can scale up in the future.

Hi everyone, Starting next week, I want to do “Office Hours” - going live in the Skool to answer anyone’s questions about their wholesale real estate business, maybe do a deep dive into an interesting real estate topic, etc. for an hour or so. What time would work best for you all?
