Identifying a good investment property
1: It has to be a property you can "Value Add"..I don't mind buying turn key but buying a value add property is different.
2: It has to be in an area where you can get higher rent. e.g there are areas where you can get high equity or higher rent.
3: The bonus, it has to be in an area where it'll double in appreciation every 10yrs or better.
