First deal locked up for 2025
This came sight unseen from a lead on Deal Machine (an out-of-state owner). My partner Russel and I locked it up today and as soon as I got off work I went for a walk-through to take pictures. However, the property is boarded up. No worries—I’ll be back with a drill to handle it. Let’s make 2025 our year fam!
