Beginner - (Laz - Miramar, Florida 30min North of Miami)

Hello Everyone, I'm new to the community and trying to learn as much as I can about Wholesaling so I can hopefully in the future do some FIX-N-FLIPS and eventually do some small multifamily for long term wealth. I'm in South Florida, I also am trying to virtually Wholesale in the rest of Florida, Ohio, Georgia and South Carolina. Looking forward to meeting those in the community and possible do some JV's either on Acquisitions or DIspositions. Thank you
