Start Small & Be Realistic.

I have been talking about SMART goals, goals that are :

Specific

Measurable

Achievable

Realistic

Time Bound.

If your REALSITIC then your goals will be ACHIEVABLE.

I can tell you from my experience organising fundraising events, you need to start small, our first Fashion show had 50 guests in attendance and over the years as the fundraising is gaining visibilty we have been able to work with bigger numbers up to 75 or 100. We started small and have progressed over time.
