I attended a few Qigong classes with my dearly departed mum many moons ago and I loved it. It appealed to the dancer in me!
I got an invitation to join this FREE 5 day challenge this morning. I jumped at it! It is completely for beginners.
I've signed up, and then you join their private Facebook group where all the classes will take part.
Dates are June 1st - 5th.
