Happy Friday! I hope everyone had a great 4th of July. As we continue making System Escape valuable, we decided to start peeling back the onion and giving you an idea of what things look like on the back end. So, please find our first BTS update below. Don't be so hard on YOU. Be easy on yourself and give yourself grace for all the things you've been through and the fact that you're still here today. You are literally your only true friend most of your life, so why be a bad friend to yourself. Would you shit talk your close friend if their parent just died? Or maybe just having a bad day? No, you're going to attempt to make them feel better... so do that for yourself all day everyday. Be your own bestfriend and love yourself so much that if nobody else loves you then it doesn't even matter 🤷🏽‍♂️ I love myself more than y'all love your moms. That's why I continue to succeed in anything I do. All you need is YOU. Be your own motivator, therapist, coach, teacher and anything you think you made need. It starts with you and it finishes with you, you don't need anyone else. - 🐐
