Anyone else have difficulty registering A2P10DLC? (Brand new LLC)

I have a brand new LLC with brand new EIN that is getting rejected for the A2P10DLC verification.

I am wondering if other people have the same problem and if you fixed it.

I think you have to wait 45 days before The Campaign Registry (TCR) will accept the new EIN for A2P10DLC verification. But I am not sure. If so I might just start cold calling instead.
