I’ve used the bait and switch where you pretend to be someone interested in buying but then pitch once they reply but this has led to me getting a ton of angry texts and angry calls and I haven’t been able to get anywhere with this. How do you guys open and follow up?
@Alex Sor I don't have full context so I am kind of shooting from the hip here. All marketing channels work. My intuition is your message whether call or text is focusing on "me me me" instead of what they get out of the deal. How it benefits them. How it is in their self interest to book a meeting with you.
@Alex Sor I used to make the same mistake. You aren't suppose to sell them over the phone or text. The goal of the call is to sell them on booking a meeting with you. You need to be next steps obsessed. Whether that is to sell them to stay on the phone with you after the first 5 - 8 seconds ... or scheduling a meeting with you. You want to earn peoples trust. Focus on what is important to them. You want to seem like someone that can add value. You don't want to seem desperate. I'm still using my current scripts so I'll give you an example selling high ticket service in a different industry. Tax consulting example: Hey this is NAME. I was looking through your _____________ (i.e. property tax records) and I noticed you were _____________ (i.e. overpaying millions in property taxes each year). I am wondering if this might be a concern for you. / if this might be something of interest to you (Or some derivative). Also don't put too much pressure on yourself. You are going to get rejected. People are going to hang up. People are going to tell you to fck off. That is normal. Have fun with it. There are endless deals.
@Fardeen Khan Try asking for name, phone, and email. For name keep it pre-fill. The rest have them manual fill. Ask for their address when you message them.
I have a brand new LLC with brand new EIN that is getting rejected for the A2P10DLC verification. I am wondering if other people have the same problem and if you fixed it. I think you have to wait 45 days before The Campaign Registry (TCR) will accept the new EIN for A2P10DLC verification. But I am not sure. If so I might just start cold calling instead. Thanks.
Everything is fixed. If you have a brand new LLC and brand new EIN you need to request a manual appeal with GoHighLevel Support and they'll submit a manual appeal with their carrier. Should take 1-2 days after they submit a manual appeal.
