🔥 From Burnout to Builder: A Story Worth Sharing
A few weeks ago, I messaged someone who had dropped a job-seeking post on Facebook.
He was applying for a random position — nothing major — but when I looked deeper, he had *18 years* of experience in the ISP industry.
A total expert.
Technical, strategic, well-spoken.
But burned out.
Underpaid.
Undervalued.
Lost.
So I reached out and said something like:
“Hey, not to be rude… but this job is underqualified for you. Why aren’t you building your own thing?”
