➡️ I registered for a free event, where do I get the Zoom link and full info?

Navigate to the Calendar tab then click the event you want, it will open a popup with all the info and a button to add it to your personal calendar.

➡️ How do I manage my membership and billing?

The easiest thing is to message [email protected] and we can help change your billing info or cancel.

If you want to do it yourself, depending on where you joined, there are two places you will need to go.

If you joined via the Mastering.com website or through a free trial, login and click “Manage Membership & Billing” on this page: courses.mastering.com/settings.

➡️ Where do I book mentor calls & check-ins?

As a VIP member, you can book one Check-in session per calendar month for one on one mentoring. The sessions are in 15 minute increments and are for asking questions or reviewing tracks you are working on, both assignments from the curriculum and personal music. These sessions are open to members to join and view to learn from watching the mentor sessions.

➡️ Am I limited to one mentor call per month? How does that work?

Correct, your mentor call resets based on the calendar month moving forward, instead of a rolling month-long period from your join date.

In other words, you can book a mentor check-in once per calendar month. If you try to book more than that, the call will automatically be cancelled.

➡️ What if I want to book more than one call per month?

You can book additional sessions on a pay-per-session basis here.

➡️ How do I use my old credits?

If you were a member in 2024 or earlier, you might still have some credits left from the old system. Message Nick Allegro in Skool and ask to book a session, he will let you know how many credits you have left and get you booked.
