Chai, kids, kitchen, calls, commitments — the day disappears and we collapse into bed feeling productive. 💥But busy and focused are not the same thing. 💜Busy is easy. It fills itself. 💚Focused is hard. It requires a choice. The real question isn't where did my time go. It's — what did I actually choose today?❓️ ‼️You are not out of time. ‼️You are out of clarity.
