What changes have you made since joining this group?
This is just an assessment for you to evaluate your situation.
If you have not made any changes, why is it?
Do you have fear around fully committing?
Are there some ways you could make more positive decisions?
Do you view your time and resources as investments for your life?
Or do you use your time and energy to fuel money?
This is a simple list of questions that you can answer at any time and you should ask yourself regularly to make sure you are choosing the path that you want to take.
It could start as a day to day routine that helps you focus and stay on track.
Just as a reminder that I started this program as a free trial for the first 40 people to sign up and make changes in your lives. From now on, you should treat this as an investment opportunity. When you have invested time in your life, you will see change and improvement. If you check in for 2 seconds and gloss over the meditation sessions available or skim the information then you will not likely see improvement and question your time here.
These are all part of the process. You get out of this what you are willing to put in. Hold yourself accountable ‼️‼️
You are the one who has the power to change your life.
ACT LIKE IT. Today is the day you make the decision to do something bold for yourself and your future. Start a 30 day challenge with one meditation.
You don’t need 100 different methods, just pick one and STICK WITH IT, no matter what. Complete 30 days, your consistency is key.🔑
