Thanks for sharing! I can relate to this feeling and I know that the cycle is exhausting. Take a break from your expectations for a bit. Try to get grounded in your body when you feel this way. Find ways to celebrate your improvements and when you think about that desire coming back, examine what you would feel when you achieved it. Past tense. It’s done. The relief, the happiness, satisfaction and excitement, all of it. Now find the closest thing that makes you feel those emotions come in. Your pets, friends, a good comedian and just do it for fun. You are retraining your mind and body to make the desired result appear. Repeat this process for several days, possibly weeks if you have a lot of resistance around this and remember to take a moment to reflect on your improvements, savor them and thank the universe for the ease, comfort and joy they provide. Consistent energy in your heart is going to make you feel lighter and more magnetic to your desires. You can have anything you want and more. ✨
