Welcome!
This is not a place to collect ideas. It's a place to experience them. This month, we will be exploring: What does it mean to live philosophy, rather than just think about it? Start here: 1) Who are you? 2) What brought you here? 3) What are you curious about? Then respond to one post. That’s enough.

Start here: say hello!
Welcome! This community turns martial arts philosophy into everyday practice. Please introduce yourself in the 'Introduce Yourself' thread. Name + city/time zone. Any experience is fine, even none. What would you like to improve first: work, home life or self-care? One 7-day intention (in one line). Then watch the free webinar 'Win the Beat' and share one insight that you will try this week. Glad you’re here!

Hi all! I am Javier (Javi)
Hi, I am Javier, I come from Madrid but I live in Heidelberg. I am a very happy person. I have two sons and a wife. I am a Taekwondo practitioner since 2 years. I would like to improve the comunication with people that I don't see too often, like my family in Spain. More generally, to conciously save some time every day for that (or other things). For this week I am going to stop for a moment and take 10 minutes every day of time to prepare a present for my Nephew (or something similar).
Kickoff: 60-Second Reset
Welcome! This month we keep it simple: Breathe → Name one next step → Do it today: - Do 4–6 breathing (6–8 reps). - Write one next step for what’s in front of you. - Do it (≤5 min) or schedule it. Premium members can access more background information in the Classroom section. Comment below: 1. Where you’ll use it first (Work / Home / Self) 2. One 7-day intention (one line)
