I was watching a watching a movie the other day when a woman and her estranged father were speaking on past hurts. The dad apologized for hurting her. She then followed by saying " we both hurt one another but we have to stop litigating the past." I have learned it's a daily decision to leave the past in the past. The more I leave it, the less appealing it is to me.

Just sitting here thinking🤔….For me as a man, it’s challenging trying to deal with the feelings of females sometimes…..the emotions and the way they perceive things from the man is challenging. I wish sometimes, whatever your title is as a woman, you could remove the feelings/emotions just to understand a man’s point of view……🤦🏿‍♂️… feminine energy is challenging 🤷🏿‍♂️
