Basketball shoes don’t have the most forgiving toe boxes, and it’s really cramping my toes up.
Modern shoes cramped toe boxes have distorted our feet from its natural form.
And sometimes I just get so uncomfortable at home when I feel how cramped my toes are.
Anyone else feel the same and anyone else got solutions? This is part of recovery which is really important for serious hoopers like us.
