Thanks for today's session. I'd be very interested in Margaret's take (maybe from her own experience) on how engineers, tech people, scientists, etc. can be shut down, interrupted, "expected to be perfect before speaking up", etc. A journalist once said that the saying "I'm not a numbers person, I'm a people person" is a boast. Those who see themselves as "people people" are often in leadership roles and can be dismissive of things they deem "nerdy" (they might say "impractical.")
