Well, I am at my wits ends. I have paid in full for the Leadership Immersion course. I STILL CANNOT ACCESS IT, in spite of several emails to Support, NO RESPONSE. I am at the point where I am going to ask for a full refund. I know Margaret has downsized but this lack of response tells me I am not important, not being seen, not being heard. WILL SOMEONE PLEASE RESPOND either here in the Skool platform or to the email I signed up with? I am so thoroughly disappointed and disenchanted.

The email I got just said 3 PM, so that is when I showed up. When I couldn't get into the meeting, I went back to the email which had a "drop down" if you pushed "general discussion", that said 3 PM "EDT". So I missed the meeting. I'm in Mountain time. Darn. Is there a replay? Could you put "EDT" after the time in the next email please? Did everyone else realize you had to click on "general discussion" to get the rest of the message with the EDT on it?
