Opinion on no shampooing

A lot of people say: dont use shampoo. Especially the famous people. Now everyone knows its good to use a good shampoo. What are your opinions on the influencers who say this? Its a bad thing to do in my opinion, how else are you going to get the dirt and stuff out of your hair, so I would rather use shampoo (my opinion)
