I am 15 years old and I have severe hair loss, my parents and I went to doctors and looked at the blood, because I probably don‘t have enough of some things like Iron for example. I‘ve also been under really much stress so it‘s probably that. But right now I‘m using ampoules but I really need a good shampoo and conditioner, I have some very dry and obviously damaged hair. I also got dandruff. I have straight and thin hair but very much hair density. Can you guy please help me out and especially what I should do with hair loss. Appreciate ANY help, thanks!

Hey guys I wanna start with gym and stuff and I really need your help. I have a little gym at home and I wanted to combine calisthenics with weight training. I also want to start running and cycling and I really don‘t know how to combine all of that with spending time with family, for myself then especially school and other hobbies like guitar und drawing and stuff. I really want to build a very good physique in a year from now. I‘m also very skinny and if anyone got a plan or tips PLEASE let me know!! This is my „homegym“ just a few stuff.

Like what‘s the best Sea Salt Spray you know, the best texture powder or preferably spray, the best clay I could buy, something that gives my hair a clean and wet look and please a really good shampoo for straight 1a thin hair. I don‘t know how the thing with the conditioner works to be honest but yeah. I would appreciate any answer and suggestion and it would be cool that it‘s not that expensive please. I really really need something to give my straight ass hair some big volume so if any of you guys have something you could suggest to me then I would be very happy!
