Fitness plan
Hey guys I wanna start with gym and stuff and I really need your help. I have a little gym at home and I wanted to combine calisthenics with weight training. I also want to start running and cycling and I really don‘t know how to combine all of that with spending time with family, for myself then especially school and other hobbies like guitar und drawing and stuff. I really want to build a very good physique in a year from now. I‘m also very skinny and if anyone got a plan or tips PLEASE let me know!! This is my „homegym“ just a few stuff.
