One thing I never really thought about before Mounjaro was how much easier normal movement could feel.
I’m not talking about training or intense workouts. I mean walking, climbing stairs, playing with the kids and getting through a busy day without everything feeling like hard work.
Mounjaro helped me massively with appetite and food noise. But getting fitter came from what I did alongside it. Walking more, training consistently, eating enough protein and slowly building habits I could maintain.
The scales matter. But one of the best parts of losing weight is realising your body is no longer fighting you throughout the day.
If you’re early in your journey, don’t underestimate walking. It doesn’t need to be fast or intense. Start with what you can manage and gradually build from there.
How much walking are you currently doing each day? Has it become easier since starting your journey?
