How do you know you’ve lost enough?
I think I still look a bit big but overall recognise that I’m much smaller on appearance, size and scales etc.
I know it’s not just a number, my shape would be improved with strength training and the numbers would go up because muscle weighs more than fat.
This is a new journey for me. I’ve been this weight before when I was in my late teens. I’ve not got an adult reference and even if I did it would be different. I’m now in my early 50s, female, in menopause, have early stages of Lipedema and been overweight my whole adult life so I don’t know any different and my skin is damaged.
